Charles
Marvellous setting in the really quiet area, next to Holyrood Palace and The Royal Mile, downtown sights and activities and close for a taxi ride. Cheap and airy rooms, really good staff with excellent customer service given.

My deluxe queen room had an electric kettle, coffee/tea makers, and a lounge. Particularly good location just next door to the main university campus, the end of the Royal Mile, and Princes Street and bus stop right outside on main road, I felt safe. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel. I loved 2 nights there.

I had really good stay, the place is well-organized!
Stayed in tastefully decorated deluxe queen room with comfortable bed, wash basin, as example. Handy and wonderful location, it was next to a bus stop.

Very efficient staff, breakfasts were hearty.
Everything was very good, and it had fast wi-fi. Coffee, complimentary wireless internet, and a safe in my deluxe queen room were useful during the stay for our weekend. Need to add that the greenery view was a nice bonus. The location was comfortable and next to a bus station. There was a really nice restaurant, the main shopping centre and a main shopping street next door.

Brian
Really tasty and outstanding options for breakfast with hot options and croissants, for example. Unbeatable location close to the city centre, pleasant restaurants in the local area.

The location couldn't be more unbeatable by various buses. The deluxe twin room was adequate and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was brilliant during all my superb stay. I was here for 1 day and would definitely return.

The location is great, with the hotel being fairly close to the center, just a bit of a walk away. You can easily reach the city center within 20 to 30 minutes of a steady walk. It's also a plus that the hotel is so close to Holyrood Palace, allowing for easy access to tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing prompt service. The breakfast options are outstanding, with fresh fruit, cereal, rolls, croissants. the hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The public areas, such as the lounge and bistro, lack character and are more functional than welcoming.
